Started as an homage to her favorite science fiction stories, Raymond the Sparrow is a pop ukulele outfit donned by June Owatari. Her early songs revolved mainly around her favorite episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space 9, but with the start of the Song-a-Week challenge in 2014, she has expanded her topics to more mundane things like life and death on Earth.
